These terms apply when you use legchecksports.com and the LegCheck Sports boards (the "site"). By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. You must be 21 or older
The site is for adults 21 and older. By using it, you confirm you are at least 21.
2. Research only, no betting advice
LegCheck Sports shows sports statistics and tools for your own research. Nothing on the site is a pick, a tip, a prediction, or financial or betting advice. The Probability Lab shows how often a player cleared a line in past games; it doesn't predict what will happen. You alone decide whether and how to bet, and you're responsible for the results.
3. Follow the law where you are
Sports betting and fantasy contests are legal only in some places, and rules change. It's your job to make sure any betting or contest you enter is legal where you live. LegCheck Sports does not take bets.
4. Accuracy
We work hard to get every number right: stats come from official box scores and are cross-checked. Still, sources and our own processing can contain errors, delays or gaps, and injury news changes fast. The site is provided "as is," without any promise that it is complete, current or error-free. Always confirm important information, like a player's status, before you bet. If you spot a mistake, tell us at [email protected].
5. Partner offers and affiliate links
Some links on the site may go to partner apps (for example, fantasy or prediction apps). If you sign up through one of those links, LegCheck Sports may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. Offers come from the partners, vary by state, and have their own terms. We only show offers we're approved to show, and we don't control the partners' sites, apps or decisions.
6. Using the site
You may use the site for your own personal research. Please don't:
- copy, scrape, resell or republish the boards or their data in bulk;
- try to break, overload or get around how the site works;
- use the site for anything illegal.
7. Our name and content
LegCheck Sports™, our logo and the design of the boards belong to LegCheck Sports. Team and league names belong to their owners and are used only to identify them. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team or sportsbook.
8. Limits on our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, LegCheck Sports and its owners are not responsible for any losses, including betting losses, that come from using the site or relying on its information. If the law doesn't allow some of these limits, they apply as far as the law does allow.
9. Changes
We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
